Pushpa 1 vs Pushpa 2 — Watch Order (Both Netflix)
- Pushpa: The Rise (2021, 2h59m) — Netflix included, Telugu + Hindi/Tamil/Mal/Kan.
- Pushpa 2: The Rule (2024, 3h20m extended) — Netflix included (this guide).
Watch Rise first for Srivalli + Bhanwar Singh setup. Both have extended cuts only on Netflix — Prime rent is theatrical cut. Telugu-first fans should also get Aha Gold for behind-scenes interviews, ranked in Best Telugu Movies on OTT 2026.
Common Mistakes
- Renting theatrical cut on Prime: Prime ₹199 rent is 3h00m theatrical, missing 20m Sukumar interview. Netflix included is longer + cheaper.
- Watching Hindi dub first week confusion: Hindi track added 6 Feb 2025, a week after Telugu. Old blogs say Hindi missing — now fixed, all 5 present.
- Mobile-to-TV casting block: Mobile plan error on TV. Use Standard for TV.
- Expiry after play: Downloaded Pushpa 2 expires 48h after pressing play. Re-download needs WiFi — do it before flight.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is Pushpa 2 free on Prime Video?
No. Prime shows rent ₹199 for theatrical cut. The included-with-Prime version does not exist — you need Netflix (from Mobile ₹149).
Which is better — Telugu original or Hindi dub?
Telugu original retains Allu Arjun’s voice + 5.1 Telugu audio. Hindi dub uses Shreyas Talpade; Tamil uses dub artist. Pick original + Eng subs for best audio mix.
Can I download Pushpa 2 for offline?
Yes — Netflix Premium 100 titles at 1080p/4K, Standard 15 titles. Download once per device, 48h expiry after play.
When will Pushpa 2 leave Netflix?
At least until Jan 2030 per deal. If Netflix tag disappears, check Netflix → Coming Soon → Leaving Soon row 30 days before exit.
Is Pushpa 2 in 4K on Mobile plan?
No — Mobile caps at 480p. Standard gives 1080p, Premium gives 4K HDR. Audio tracks identical across plans, only resolution changes.
Should I watch Pushpa 1 before Pushpa 2?
Yes — Part 1 sets up Pushpa-Srivalli marriage + SP Bhanwar Singh rivalry that drives Part 2 interval. Both are Netflix included, so binge Rise (2h59m) then Rule (3h20m) in order.
Never miss the next Sukumar film. Add FunTime → search “Pushpa” → bell → Telugu or Hindi → notified at 3am when it drops.
